EAT | My Christmas Menu

We're renting a little cabin in the Hudson Valley region for Christmas with my parents this year so I needed to plan our meals out in advance in the event there isn't a grocery store in the area. Plus, going to the store on Christmas Eve is. not. a. good. time.

You'll notice that pretty much every time I share a recipe that isn't my own, there's a good chance it's from Half Baked Harvest. Teighan is incredibly talented (seriously, it amazes me how much she's accomplished at her age), her food is delicious and her photography is stunning. Most of the recipes in this menu are hers, along with a few others.

French Onion & Apple Grilled Cheese from Half Baked Harvest


Christmas Eve Dinner:

Herbed Ricotta Stuffed Chicken with White Wine Pan Sauce


Along with:

Creamed Spaghetti Squash with Browned Butter Walnuts

Christmas Morning:

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls (Cinnabon Copycat)


Christmas Day Lunch:

Ham & Cheese Croissant Bake

Christmas Dinner:

One Skillet Greek Meatballs and Lemon Orzo
