EAT | Carnitas Recipe


There's an easy way to make this recipe

and then an even easier way.

I'll tell you both and you can decide.


4-6 servings


Easy way:

2 lbs pork butt

1 tbsp dried orgeno

1 tbsp ground cumin

3 cloves garlic minced

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 cup orange juice


Put in slow cooker for 8 hours


Before you serve: warm skillet over medium heat with a little oil and drop carnitas in to crisp


Easier way:

1 lbs pork butt


Put in slow cooker for 8 hours


Assembly:

Corn tortillas (warmed)

Cilantro

Chopped white onion

Lime juice
